Amazon Expands in Georgia with New Brunswick Delivery Station
New Facility creates more than 100 jobs and driver opportunities

“We’re excited to expand Amazon’s presence in Georgia with our new delivery station in Brunswick,” said Deborah Massie, Amazon’s Manager of Economic Development for Georgia. “Georgia continues to be a great place for Amazon to invest and grow, with this facility creating more than 100 quality jobs offering competitive wages starting at $19 per hour. Our partnership with the Golden Isles Development Authority and Glynn County has been invaluable, and we look forward to the positive impact this delivery station will have in the Brunswick community.
The new, more than 58,000-square-foot delivery station is located at 6750 GA Highway 99, Brunswick, GA 31525. Delivery stations power the last mile of Amazon’s fulfillment process by enabling fast, everyday delivery directly to customers’ doorsteps. Packages are transported to delivery stations from Amazon fulfillment and sortation centers. Employees then sort them by delivery route and dispatch them to customers via our delivery service partners.
“We are proud to welcome Amazon’s new delivery station to Brunswick,” said Mayor Cosby H. Johnson. “This facility represents a significant investment in our community and brings valuable job opportunities for our residents. Brunswick has always been a place where businesses can grow and succeed, and Amazon’s decision to locate here further validates our city’s strategic position in southeast Georgia. We look forward to a long and productive relationship that benefits both our residents and the company for years to come.”
“We’re delighted that Amazon has chosen the Golden Isles for its newest facility,” said Ryan Moore, President and CEO of the Golden Isles Development Authority. “This project reflects the momentum we’re seeing across southeast Georgia and the partnerships that make this kind of growth possible. It’s another step toward creating good jobs, providing opportunities for local families, and building an economy where businesses can truly thrive.”
