Incentives & Tax Abatements

Georgia has fostered a stable, business-friendly financial and regulatory environment on which businesses can rely.

Glynn County Incentives and Tax Abatements

Glynn County recognizes the benefits that a new or expanding company can offer to our region. We have local incentives for companies in our targeted industries:
Aerospace, Manufacturing, and Logistics.

In addition to the competitive local incentives, there may be other financial tools available to your business such as participation in our competitive land pricing, or Foreign Trade Zone. Our incentives and grants are based on the project’s capital investment,  job creation, and wages. Projects outside of our target industries may be considered for our local incentives if the capital investment, job creation, or wages significantly impact the County. All incentives and grants are subject to approval by the Board of Governors.

Property Tax Abatements

development permit fees or other site improvement expenses.
