Pro Direct and the Golden Isles Development Authority Break Ground on State-of-the-Art Warehouse Facility in Glynn County, GA

On August 9, 2024, Pro Direct, in partnership with the Golden Isles Development Authority (GIDA), is thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of a monumental project in the Tradewinds Technology Park. Located off Exit 42 and adjacent to Interstate 95, this project marks a significant milestone in the region’s economic growth and development.

The 55-acre site will be developed into a state-of-the-art warehouse facility totaling approximately 500,000 square feet. This facility is the first building in the Tradewinds Technology Park and is set to become a central hub of commercial activity, attracting additional investment and business to the Golden Isles community. Pro Direct will immediately occupy half of the building, and the remainder will be built as speculative space for additional tenants. Hillpointe, the developer, will own and manage the facility.
