I. CALL TO ORDER –Chairman Bruce Dixon
Chairman Bruce Dixon gave the invocation and called the meeting to order at 12:00 noon.

II. LEGAL
A MOTION was made by Jack Kilgore, seconded by Missy Neu and passed unanimously to enter Closed Session – Discussion of Personnel OCGA Section 50-14-3(b)(2). The MOTION carried unanimously: 5-0.

A MOTION to return to Open Session was made by Jack Kilgore, seconded by Missy Neu. The MOTION carried unanimously: 5-0

III. ADJOURN
A MOTION to adjourn was made by Cedric King, seconded by Missy Neu. The MOTION carried unanimously: 5-0. The meeting adjourned at 3:30 pm.
