I. CALL TO ORDER –Chairman Cedric King called the meeting to order at 3:00pm.
II. INVOCATION – WELCOME GUESTS

III. EXECUTIVE SESSION
A. Closed Session – Real Estate Items Section §20-14-3(b)(1)(B)
A MOTION was made by Bruce Dixon, seconded by Jack Kilgore and passed to enter Closed Session to discuss Real Estate Items Section §20-14-3(b)(1)(B). The MOTION carried unanimously: 5-0.
A MOTION to return to Open Session was made by Jack Kilgore, seconded by Bruce Dixon. The MOTION carried unanimously: 5-0.

IV. NEW BUSINESS
A. Coastal Greenway Project, Proposed EDA Resolution
A MOTION was made by Jack Kilgore, seconded by Bruce Dixon to approve officially joining the unified efforts of other five County Governments and nine municipalities of Coastal Georgia with a letter of support to the County Commission in favor of the Coastal Greenway Project. The MOTION carried unanimously: 5-0.
B. Board of Regents Visits
Jack Kilgore reported that the Board of Regents will be coming to our community April 17-20, 2017. Jack recommends the Authority assist with the funding portion of the community involvement aspect of the visit. Jack Kilgore also noted that the CVB and Chamber plan to participate in the funding as well. Mel Baxter recommended that the Authority also reach out to the SEGaJDA for assistance in funding. More to come.
V. ADJOURN
A MOTION to adjourn was made by Bruce Dixon, seconded by Jack Kilgore. The MOTION carried unanimously: 5-0. The meeting adjourned at 3:30pm.
