The Port of Brunswick is only 9 miles away from the airport properties. Experience, flexibility, and rapid market access make the Georgia Ports Authority the perfect hub for breakbulk cargo. Dedicated teams for project cargo, forest products, iron, steel, and pipe are well-versed in the special handling requirements for each type of cargo.

As a dedicated RoRo facility without container competition, the Colonel’s Island Terminal in Brunswick features three on-terminal auto processors, including International Auto Processing, Mercedes-Benz USA, and Wallenius Wilhelmsen Solutions. The Port of Brunswick offers three modern Ro/Ro berths, served by nine steamship lines. The current annual capacity is more than 900,000 vehicles. Full build-out will provide 150,000 spaces for automobile processing, for an annual capacity of 1.5 million vehicles.

Established industrial parks surround the airport providing opportunities for businesses that need to be close to airport and runway. These include North Glynn, Eastgate and the Brunswick-McBride Industrial Park.

The Delta Connector

With a brief 37 minute flight, you can access the world’s busiest airport- Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson (ATL). The Delta Connector operates 3 flights daily to and from ATL.

The airport terminal is the right size to help passengers travel to and from the Golden Isles.

The airport terminal has all the amenities you need – free WiFi, free parking, a lunch café, free baggage carts, ATM, check-in kiosks, and conference facilities.
