I. CALL TO ORDER –Chairman Bruce Dixon
Chairman Bruce Dixon gave the invocation and called the meeting to order at 8:00 am.

II. LEGAL
A MOTION was made by Cedric King, seconded by Missy Neu and passed unanimously to enter Closed Session – Discussion of Personnel OCGA Section 50-14-3(b)(2). The MOTION carried unanimously: 5-0.

A MOTION to return to Open Session was made by Wayne Johnson, seconded by Jack Kilgore. The MOTION carried unanimously: 5-0

III. ADJOURN
A MOTION to adjourn was made by Wayne Johnson, seconded by Cedric King. The MOTION carried unanimously: 5-0. The meeting adjourned at 2:30 pm.
